       牛芳茂，金名轩主人，中国书画艺术家协会副主席、中国书法艺术协会常务副主席、中国书画家协会理事、中国国楹联协会会员、中国书画收藏协会理事、中国书法艺术研究院理事、中国三峡画院一级书法家、中国艺术品投资交易市场上市书画家、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、中南海国礼中心“国礼艺术大师”、天津国土资源和房屋职业学院客座教授、中国国学学会名誉会长。牛芳茂书法作品多次在海外展出并获奖，多幅作品被钓鱼台国宾馆、中国历史博物馆、人民大会堂和部分国家领导人收藏。其艺术成果输入中外名人电脑库，荣获国家人事部、中国人才研究会、宋庆龄基金会、中国文联出版社颁发的跨世纪 97‘艺术人才证书、纪念佛教 2000 年全国书画大赛银奖、中国当代著名书画家邀请展一等奖、第五届国际书画作品展金奖、全国民间艺术书法美术大赛特别金奖、第二届祖国颂诗词创作奖金奖、庆祝中华人民共和国成立五十周年“中华魂”书画作品邀请展二等奖、中国国学杰出贡献奖书画类金奖。作品和事迹编入《世界名人录》、《人民艺术家》、《二十世纪中国著名书画家》、《世界当代著名书画家真迹博览大典》等九十余部典集。享受国务院政府津贴，国务院关颁发优秀辅导师证书，莫奈艺术奖等。
