刘砚军的楷书,字体工稳端庄,疏放妍妙,用笔丰腴而劲韧,厚重而流丽。横竖极似颜楷,又非颜楷,还有欧楷之刚毅、有赵楷之隽美、有柳楷之筋骨,而撇捺颜楷意蕴浓厚,又侧露出赵楷的韵畅。再看章法布局,宽博疏朗,质地洁美,赏心,如春风含馨,悦目,似秋水视底,那是文人品格影响书品的结果,也是诗人气质与笔墨线条的交融。

刘砚军的隶书并不像某些书法家那样拜倒古人脚下,严守一家一体,顶礼膜拜,而是楷笔隶书,写出了独具风神的面貌,笔者称之为楷隶。刘砚军的楷隶,行笔如写行书,横如泰山,竖如绝峰,长撇、长捺似仙人执杖,短点、短画似如来点睛,时而疾笔骤雨,时而神龙出没,看似无法,实则有法,看似有法,又不知何法,笔不笔,墨不墨,胸有成竹,自有我在,却时时出人意料,处处风神激荡。入笔、行笔、收笔,起伏于锋杪,殊衄于毫芒,点画稳、准、狠;线条,平、直、曲,劲韧而富有力量,形美而富有张力。而点画辉映着线条,则带着魏碑的刀刻石凿,还带着行书的含蓄遒劲,以及楷书的雍容典雅。再看,字体结构,工稳之中带着一点意象的俏皮,端庄之中带着一点秀丽之风,不古板、不呆滞,充满活力,又洋溢着创新精神。

(02)  《沁园春•壮怀书道》

璀璨中华,半顷鵞池,万代墨香。

揽古今书道,殷商甲骨;

秦开篆隶,魏晋真章。

无冕诗书,有形魂魄,叱胆风云社稷匡。

神归处,看悬针垂露,翰海流芳。  

太空如此苍茫,引浩渺长天星醉光。

昔元常逸少,巍然卓立;

颜欧褚栁,各派流方。

草上双峰,颠张狂素,酩酊挥毫奔怒江。

俱往矣,撼三山五岳,我辈犹狂。

(03)《如此江山•登临火焰山》

燭峰突兀陲亭畔,行宫热流席卷。

峭壁嶙峋,烟云缭绕,燃尽殷红一片。

苍穹烈焰。

气吞旧山河,塞鸿残断。

万里长空,巨峰横亘九霄灿。

传说勇士斗胆,只身龙断斩,青岚如琏。

漫纪西游,孙行者传,风借来芭蕉扇。

神通天堑。

正似炬骄阳,壮怀犹见。

欲放诗翁,醉吟情震撼。

Liu Yanjun's regular script has a neat and dignified font, with delicate and graceful strokes. The strokes are full and strong, thick and flowing. Horizontally and vertically, it is very similar to Yan Kai, but not Yan Kai. It also has the toughness of Ou Kai, the elegance of Zhao Kai, and the backbone of Liu Kai. The strokes of Yan Kai are rich in meaning, and the charm of Zhao Kai is revealed on the side. Looking at the layout of the book, it is broad, sparse, and elegant, with a clean and beautiful texture that is pleasing to the heart, like a spring breeze with fragrance, pleasing to the eye, like autumn water looking at the bottom. This is the result of the influence of literary character on the quality of the book, and also the fusion of the poet's temperament and brushwork lines.

 

Liu Yanjun's clerical script is not like some calligraphers who bow down to the feet of the ancients, strictly observe the unity of the family, and worship them with respect. Instead, it is written in regular script, which has a unique and spirited appearance. The author calls it regular script. Liu Yanjun's regular script and clerical script are as horizontal as running script, as horizontal as Mount Taishan Mountain, as vertical as Jue Peak, as long as a stick, as long as a stick, as short as a short, short picture, as if from the Buddha to make the point, sometimes a quick brush, sometimes a sudden rain, sometimes dragons come and go, seemingly impossible, but actually there is a method, seemingly there is a method, but I don't know what method, pen is not pen, ink is not ink, have a plan, I have my own presence, but sometimes unexpected, and everywhere the wind is stirring. Starting, running, and finishing the strokes, with ups and downs at the end of the line, and occasional bleeding at the slightest glimmer, the strokes are steady, accurate, and firm; Lines, flat, straight, curved, strong and powerful, beautiful and full of tension. And the pointillism reflects the lines, carrying the knife carving and stone chiseling of the Wei stele, as well as the implicit and powerful style of running script, and the elegant and graceful style of regular script. Looking at it again, the font structure is neat yet playful with a hint of imagery, dignified yet elegant with a touch of beauty, not rigid or dull, full of vitality and innovative spirit.
