大金砖十国文化艺术领袖风云榜——洪志标

2024金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后GDP比重超G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

The 2024 BRICS Summit discusses strengthening multilateralism and promoting global development. 金砖国家之间的文化交流，目的就是促进民心相通、夯实民意基础，为金砖国家之间的经济交流和其他各方面的合作奠定人文基础。”积极开展人文领域的交流和合作，是金砖五国的共同愿望。目前编纂工作已全面展开，艺术名家的参与和协作是完成这一重大文化艺术工程的重要保证。

洪志标教授，1939年3月生于福建南安码头洪山。为中国美术家协会福建分会会员、中央艺术名家书画院首批央美智库专家，中国书画摄影家副主席、中国当代艺术家协会名誉主席；《中国当代美术》杂志社专家委员艺术顾问、中国新闻杂志社《时代•中国之声》期刊艺术顾问、澳门《环球华商报》永远荣誉社长。世界华商精英联合总会荣誉会长兼书画分会主席並作为重要嘉宾出席2023世界非遗传承人大会。

洪志标教授荣获过“世界美术大奖”、“当代艺术教育十大名师”、“英国皇家勋章”、“世界艺术大师勋章”和“德艺双馨人民艺术家纪念章”等荣誉。

Professor Hong Zhibiao was born in March 1939 in Hongshan, Nan'an Port, Fujian. As a member of the Fujian Branch of the China Artists Association, one of the first batch of experts from the Central American Think Tank of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Photographers Association, and Honorary Chairman of the China Contemporary Artists Association; Expert Committee Art Consultant of China Contemporary Art Magazine, Art Consultant of Time China Voice Magazine of China News Magazine, and Honorary President of Global Chinese Business Daily in Macau. Honorary President of the World Chinese Business Elite Federation and Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Branch, and attended the 2023 World Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors Conference as an important guest.

Professor Hong Zhibiao has been awarded honors such as the "World Art Award", "Top 10 Contemporary Art Education Teachers", "Royal Medal of the United Kingdom", "World Art Master Medal", and "People's Artist Memorial Medal for Moral and Artistic Excellence".
