2024金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后GDP比重超G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

武侯区书法家协会会员，成都市书画艺术研究院理事，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，中华文化全球推广大使，2024年，在建国75周年成果展活动中，张凯老师荣登古擎博物馆红色文化艺术馆荣誉墙，被授予“红色艺术家”荣誉称号。

他的书画作品多次在四川省美术展览馆展出，均获奖。2018年7月书画作品在北京民族文化宫展出，并出版邮品集。作品被选入《瀚墨艺术》、《辉煌中国艺海魂》、《2019一2020中国书画名家名作收藏投资年鉴》，2021年作品被中国艺术文献出版社出版的《百年巨匠新中国艺术大典》收录，2021年7月作品被天津美术出版社出版的《百年荣光之艺壇璀璨》收录。

2021年被授予百年巨近，新中国艺术名家荣誉称号

2023年被评为中国珍藏级艺术家，书画作品润格8000元每平方尺

三十多年的艺术教育，积累了丰富的艺术教育经验，指导学生作品在全国、省、市学生艺术节多次获指导一等奖。2009年一2016年指导学生连续七届获成都市中小学生艺术节美术书法作品特等奖、一等奖。2016年带领学生在青岛参加全国学生艺术展演获优秀指导老师奖。

Over thirty years of art education have accumulated rich experience in art education, guiding students' works to win first prizes in national, provincial, and municipal student art festivals multiple times. From 2009 to 2016, guided students to win the special and first prizes for art and calligraphy works at the Chengdu Primary and Secondary School Art Festival for seven consecutive years. In 2016, he led students to participate in the National Student Art Exhibition in Qingdao and won the Excellent Guidance Teacher Award.
