许金美，中国福建莆田人，欧洲艺术协会特约艺术家、亚洲书画界十大新闻人物、国艺委书画艺术博物馆名誉馆长，著名国学家、学者、诗人、书画家、诗书画评论家。现任央广文旅国际发展中心副理事长，中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会高级艺术顾问，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长和特聘研究员，首席外交文艺家，中国甲骨文书法学会常务理事和非遗“中国书法传承师”等职务。近年来，许金美先后参加美国中国美术馆、日本东京画院、北京中国国家画院(国展)、山东曲阜美术馆“国际孔子文化节”等国内外30多次书画大展赛，荣获特等奖、金奖32项(其中国际金奖2项，全国特等奖、金奖30项)。他撰写的《怎样写甲骨文》和甲骨文《毛泽东诗词全集》，由中国美术出版社出版，2017年7月入编世界非物质文化遗产名录;创作书写的《甲骨文三字经、千字文、弟子规、增广贤文》长卷近120米，甲骨文《老子道德经》长卷80米(已在创作之中)，堪称新中国甲骨文划时代的鸿篇巨制，令人震撼;撰写的《甲骨文基本笔画、间架结构、偏旁部首合集》(由书坛泰斗沈鹏作序)和《甲骨文百家姓大典》约70多万字即将出版。所以，他被称誉为“中国甲骨文书法第一人”。作为国礼由国家领导人赠送给外国元首。许金美多才多艺，诗文书画全能，他的书画作品被联合国教科文组织、安阳殷墟博物馆、江西舒同博物馆、日本东京画院等30多个单位和收藏家、企业家收藏。今年8月，许金美创作的《中华甲骨文百家姓》三百个姓氏，经有关专家研究确定，由国宝档案收存。
