夏训洪(1953 年-- )福建浦城人,人民教师。笔名:颂功。现为央媒文化组委会副秘书长,中国书法家协会会员、中国书画家协会会员、中国当代书画名家协会会员、中华卫视《艺术风采》栏目组艺术会员,北京当代书画院理事中国国艺人民书画院院士、北京勤得斋书画院名家、澳州悉尼中国书画院特邀艺术名家、中俄建交 70周年特邀艺术大使、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国领导干部网书画研究院会员、CCTV传承艺术名家。
