大金砖十国文化艺术领袖风云榜——江治安

2024金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后GDP比重超G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

The 2024 BRICS Summit discusses strengthening multilateralism and promoting global development. 金砖国家之间的文化交流，目的就是促进民心相通、夯实民意基础，为金砖国家之间的经济交流和其他各方面的合作奠定人文基础。”积极开展人文领域的交流和合作，是金砖五国的共同愿望。目前编纂工作已全面展开，艺术名家的参与和协作是完成这一重大文化艺术工程的重要保证。

江治安，男，1947年生，国家一级美术师，国家一级书法师，中央机关书协会员，央广文旅发展中心副理事长，北京翰林书画院特聘教授，中国东方文化研究会社会专业委员会艺术顾问，亚洲书画家协会副主席，中国国画院名誉院长，牛津艺术学院博士生导师，新加坡新神州艺术学院高级荣誉顾问，台湾故宫书画院终身名誉院长和教授。荣获联合国文化艺术功勋奖，中法毕家索功勋人物，中华书画非遗文艺功勋奖，经中国艺术鉴定委员会ISQ艺术市场认证严格审议，授予著名级美术家，2005年获首届名人论坛艺术金奖，2023年中国文联和全国艺术家信息公示中心授予杰出艺术家中国书画终身成就奖，世界文化艺术终身成就奖和中国当代艺术巨匠称号，2024年获莫奈国际艺术奖金奖，获国家级文化艺术奖，国家级德艺双馨艺术工作者，国际文化艺术联合会等单位授予2023年度全球十大杰出风云人物，中国近现代艺术大家审定委员会审定为中华人民共和国美术大家，入编中国现代艺术史，文化发展战略研究部授予《功勋模范人物》称号，国画《陶魂》制成国礼瓷盘赠送193个国家，外事工作委员会授予江治安中国文化艺术国际代表和大国外交文艺使者荣誉称号，中华人民共和国非遗中国书画艺术大师（9）级，世界非物质文化遗产研究院特邀院士，中国国画家协会理事，江西省美协会员，中宣部、文旅部、商务部、国家广电总局、新闻出版总署推出的对外文化贸易首席艺术家，文化发展研究部编撰出版了《中国艺术功勋集-中国艺术功勋人物  江治安 卷》，国礼艺术家，国学功勋艺术家。获北京奥运会特殊贡献奖，中国文联全国书画院协会第二届走进生活徐悲鸿奖，北京冬奥会授于奥运文化使者，中央电视台智慧栏目杰出贡献奖，中国管理科学院课题论文一等奖，中国网络资讯台首届中国顶级书画大师大赛特等奖，中日第十六回书画交流展金奖，授予中日文化友好使者。作品被各大元帅纪念馆，欧美、东南亚、日本收藏家及海内外画院和收藏单位收藏。分别于2015年和2023年两次出版了大红袍《中国近现代名家画集-江治安》及多部水晶琉璃画册和几十部书画合集。作品多次走进中央两会；人民日报，人民政协报，人民代表报，中华儿女，鉴宝，中央电视台等媒体均有报导。

Jiang Ping'an, male, born in 1947, is a national first-class artist, a national first-class calligrapher and mage, a member of the Central Government Calligraphy Association, the vice chairman of the Central Guangzhou Cultural and Tourism Development Center, a specially appointed professor at the Beijing Hanlin Calligraphy and Painting Academy, an art consultant of the Social Professional Committee of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association, the vice chairman of the Asian Calligraphy and Painting Association, the honorary dean of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Painting, a doctoral supervisor at the Oxford Academy of Arts, a senior honorary advisor at the New China Academy of Arts in Singapore, and a lifelong honorary dean and professor at the National Palace Museum Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Taiwan. Awarded the United Nations Cultural and Artistic Merit Award, the Sino French Bi Jia Suo Merit Figure, the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Intangible Cultural Heritage Literary Merit Award, and the Chinese Art Appraisal Committee's ISQ Art Market Certification and strict review, awarded to famous artists. In 2005, won the Art Gold Award at the First Celebrity Forum. In 2023, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the National Artist Information Publicity Center awarded outstanding artists the Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, the Lifetime Achievement Award for World Culture and Art, and the title of Chinese Contemporary Art Master. In 2024, won the Monet International Art Award Gold Award, the National Cultural and Art Award, the National German and Artistic Double Happiness Artist, and the International Federation of Culture and Arts and other units awarded the Top Ten Outstanding Figures in the World for 2023. The Chinese Modern and Contemporary Art Master Approval Committee approved him as an art master of the People's Republic of China and included him in the Chinese Modern Art History, The Ministry of Cultural Development Strategy Research has awarded the title of "Meritorious Model Figure", and the traditional Chinese painting "Tao Soul" has been made into a national gift porcelain plate and given to 193 countries. The Foreign Affairs Work Committee has awarded Jiang Ping'an the honorary title of International Representative of Chinese Culture and Art and Ambassador of Great Country Diplomacy Literature and Art. Jiang Ping'an is a master of Chinese calligraphy and painting art in the People's Republic of China's intangible cultural heritage, a special invited academician of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Artists Association, and the chief artist of foreign cultural trade launched by the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, and the General Administration of Press and Publication. The Ministry of Cultural Development Research has compiled and published the "Chinese Art Meritorious. Received the Special Contribution Award for the Beijing Olympics, the Xu Beihong Award for Entering Life at the 2nd National Calligraphy and Painting Association of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, was awarded as an Olympic Cultural Ambassador for the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Outstanding Contribution Award for the CCTV Smart Program, the First Prize for a Research Paper by the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, the Special Award for the First China Top Calligraphy and Painting Masters Competition by China Network Information Channel, the Gold Award for the 16th China Japan Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, and was awarded as a cultural ambassador of friendship between China and Japan. The works have been collected by major Marshal Memorial Halls, collectors from Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as art academies and collection units at home and abroad. In 2015 and 2023, Da Hongpao published two collections of Chinese Modern and Contemporary Famous Artists' Paintings - Jiang Ping'an, as well as multiple crystal and glass art albums and dozens of calligraphy and painting collections. The work has been featured multiple times in the Central People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; People's Daily, People's Political Consultative Conference Daily, People's Representative Daily, Chinese Sons and Daughters, Jianbao, CCTV and other media have all reported on it.
