2024金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后GDP比重超G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

The 2024 BRICS Summit discusses strengthening multilateralism and promoting global development. After the expansion of the BRICS countries, their GDP proportion exceeds that of the G7, attracting many developing countries to apply for membership. The declaration emphasizes cooperation, fairness, and promotes the development of multilateralism, making BRICS countries a new global development variable.

金砖国家之间的文化交流，目的就是促进民心相通、夯实民意基础，为金砖国家之间的经济交流和其他各方面的合作奠定人文基础。”积极开展人文领域的交流和合作，是金砖五国的共同愿望。目前编纂工作已全面展开，艺术名家的参与和协作是完成这一重大文化艺术工程的重要保证。

韩印军，字改年，号关中道人。汉族，1958年5月出生, 大专文化程度、陕西省三原县人，国礼艺术家、国家一级美术师、国家特级书法师、世界汉学家。现为中国书法家协会会员、中国书画家协会名誉主席、中国文学艺术界联合会(世界名人艺术研究协会)理事、中华文化研究院副院长、中国文化艺术发展联合会副主席、联合国和平书画院院士、曲阜鸿儒书画院常务副院长、中国国际书画家协会理事、中国国际现代艺术研究中心艺术顾问、中国西部名流文化艺术交流中心副主任、全国名人书画艺术界联合会主任委员、世界华人华侨艺术家联合会会员、陕西三原于右任书法学会理事。2017年1月荣获联合国可持续发展目标推进行动组织委会授予“和平公益书画大使”荣誉称号，6月被中国文化部文化联盟授予“咸阳诚信大使”，2018 年 1 月荣获“榜样人物”大型网络书画展特等奖。5 月在第十八届中央电视台世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会上，被评选为“中国当代德艺双馨艺术家”荣誉称号。2019 年 1 月，作品在《艺术之星》2018 中国书画年度人物大型网络书画展中荣获金奖，并被评为“中国最具创新艺术家”。5 月，荣誉入选大型人物典籍《世界名人录》。7 月，在《时代颂歌》中国书画名家贺建国 70 周年作品联展中再获金奖，并被授予“新时代杰出艺术家”，同时荣获书画家百科“百度书画收藏精英奖”。8 月，荣获中美建交四十周年书法作品特等奖，并被授予“大国文化形象大使”荣誉称号。9 月，应邀参与中国文化艺术人才库《2019 书画长卷创世界纪录》活动荣获优秀书画创作奖。当年 12 月 29 日，其大篆四尺整张书法镜心，参加北京汇珍国际拍卖“雅昌拍卖”，以十四万七千二百元成交。2020 年 4 月荣誉入选《中国当代书画名家大辞典》和《祖国荣耀新中国艺术传承大师》一书。2021 年 7 月荣获“首届世界汉学形象与推广工程奖”并被评为“汉学全球形象与推广大使”同时被授予“世界汉学家”荣誉称号。当年 12 月荣获庆祝建党 100 周年《党政专刊》，并经中共中央宣传部研究决定，文化和旅游部颁发的“中国爱国艺术家”终身荣誉称号。2023年4月被中国非物质文化遗产记录工程、中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程、中国非遗大数据中心等30余部门联合评定为新时代非遗文化传播大使暨大篆书法非遗传承人。7月，应邀参加中央电视台中学生频道2023"搜星中国”中秋国庆电视晚会录制，并被聘为中央新影美育栏目组艺术指导。2024年10月荣获首届国粹文化金马奖。

Han Yinjun, with the courtesy name changed to Nian and the given name Guanzhong Daoren. Han ethnicity, born in May 1958, with a college education, from Sanyuan County, Shaanxi Province. He is a national ritual artist, a national first-class artist, a national special grade calligrapher and mage, and a world-renowned sinologist. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Director of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (World Celebrity Art Research Association), Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Cultural Studies, Vice Chairman of the China Federation for the Development of Culture and Arts, Academician of the United Nations Academy of Peace Painting and Calligraphy, Executive Vice President of the Qufu Hongru Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Director of the China International Calligraphers and Painters Association, Art Advisor of the China International Modern Art Research Center, Deputy Director of the China Western Celebrity Culture and Art Exchange Center, Chairman of the National Celebrity Painting and Calligraphy Art Federation, Member of the World Federation of Chinese and Overseas Chinese Artists, and Director of the Shaanxi Sanyuan Yu Youren Calligraphy Society. In January 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of "Peace Public Welfare Calligraphy and Painting Ambassador" by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Promotion Action Committee. In June, he was awarded the title of "Xianyang Integrity Ambassador" by the Chinese Ministry of Culture Cultural Alliance. In January 2018, he was awarded the special prize of "Model Figure" large-scale online calligraphy and painting exhibition. In May, he was selected as the honorary title of "Contemporary Chinese Artist with Both Virtue and Art" at the 18th CCTV Century News Annual Personality Summary and Commendation Conference. In January 2019, the work won the gold medal at the 2018 Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Annual Figure Large scale Online Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of "Art Star" and was named "China's Most Innovative Artist". In May, he was honored to be selected as a major figure in the classic book "World Celebrity List". In July, he won another gold medal and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Artist of the New Era" at the "Ode to the Times" exhibition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. He also received the "Baidu Calligraphy and Painting Collection Elite Award" from the Calligraphy and Painting Encyclopedia. In August, he was awarded the Special Prize for Calligraphy Works on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, and was honored with the title of "Ambassador of Great Country Cultural Image". In September, I was invited to participate in the "2019 Calligraphy and Painting Long Scroll Set World Record" event of the Chinese Culture and Art Talent Pool and won the Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Creation Award. On December 29th of that year, a four foot calligraphy mirror with a large seal script was sold for 147200 yuan at the Beijing Huizhen International Auction "Yachang Auction". In April 2020, he was honored to be selected for the books "Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters" and "Master of Art Inheritance in the Glory of China". In July 2021, he was awarded the "First World Sinology Image and Promotion Project Award" and was named the "Global Image and Promotion Ambassador of Sinology". He was also honored with the title of "World Sinologist". In December of that year, he was awarded the lifelong honorary title of "Chinese Patriotic Artist" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, which was published in the "Party and Government Special Issue" celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and was evaluated and signed by General Secretary Xi Jinping after research and decision by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. In April 2023, more than 30 departments including the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Record Project, the China Excellent Traditional Culture Inheritance and Development Project, and the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Big Data Center jointly awarded the title of New Era Intangible Cultural Heritage Ambassador and Inheritor of Dazhuan Calligraphy Intangible Cultural Heritage. In July, I was invited to participate in the recording of the 2023 "Search for Stars China" Mid Autumn Festival and National Day TV Gala on CCTV Middle School Channel, and was hired as the artistic director of the Central New Film Art Education Program. In October 2024, I won the first Golden Horse Award for National Culture.
