宋晓军，生于1954 年3月，中共党员。籍贯陕西富平，笔名频阳居士。出身书香门第，是当代中国学院派书法家领军者之一，著名学者型书法家、书法理论家、国家高级美术师,中国书法家协会理事，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，北京大学艺术学院客座教授，天津美术学院客座教授。原西北大学国际唐代文化研究中心中国古代书法理论研究所所长;中国爱国英才报效祖国活动组织委员会常务委员;中共中央党校“全国思想政治工作科学专业委员会”特邀研究员、理事;国家人力资源与社会保障部艺术家学部委员会一级艺术委员。国家“一带一路”国际文明论坛组委会顾问;中央新影老故事频道《筑梦空间》栏目艺术顾问;全国第一批非物质文化遗产创新人才;中国研创非物质文化遗产保护发展中心副会长;喜迎“中共二十大·永远跟党走”非物质文化遗产传承人;献礼党的二十大优秀艺术家代表人物;“中华英才是丰碑,也是新的起点”杰出代表人物;央视“文化强国”栏目组“大国大家优选工程”杰出艺术家优选人才;建党百年“国际艺术焦点”人物;电视“文化强国”栏目组建党百年首批书法传承人;荣获全国数字电视频道“收藏天下”栏目组庆祝建党百年“功勋艺术家”称号;“收藏天下”栏目组学术指导与特邀艺术家。其作品多次在各大报刊、杂志上发表,部分作品被编入《中国当代书画名家年鉴》2009年版《书法卷》全国 15 名书法家之一;入选“21 世纪中国书法经典 30 家”宋晓军卷;入选“《聚焦中国书画大家》——当代十大最具中国气派和艺术魅力的书画大家”书法卷;其经典作品前后《出师表》《长恨歌》《兰亭序》等被北京荣宝斋出版社出版宋晓军个人专集题材;2010 年 1 月 17 日在首都北京钓鱼台国宾馆参加“爱我中华——共和国经济建设杰出贡献人物事迹报告会暨新年座谈会”,作“书法艺术应为构建和谐社会服务”的首席发言,引起有关党政部门及同行业的高度重视。被中华爱国英才报效祖国活动组织委员会、中华爱国国典编审委员会授予“中华杰出艺术家”称号;入选“中华爱国国典”,自撰“长城中华颂歌”56 字诗文以宋晓军个人书法入选石刻长城;入选文化部中国民族书画杂志社大型艺术宣传特辑《辉煌 60 年——走进艺术大家》排列第二名,《宋晓军书法论集》被中国国际华文出版社出版。书法作品《沁园春·雪》被中国国家博物馆收藏。2008 年成功组织策划了“纪念毛泽东同志诞辰 115 周年全国书画大展”,并担任首席专家评委;2009 年担任“庆祝建国 60 周年陕西省首届公务员书画展”专家评委。常被邀请赴京为有关中央国家机关挥毫作书。其作品曾被有关政府部门作为礼品赠送国际友人,多幅作品被港澳台、日本、新加坡、美、英、法籍华人及国际友人收藏。2010 年 7 月赴台参加“世界杰出华人文化高峰会”进行两岸文化交流。瞻仰国父孙中山先生、辛亥革命元老和平老人于右任先生塑像,拜会国民党中央委员会副主席詹春柏、副主席兼海基会会长江丙坤先生等党政要人,与台湾专家学者于宗先院士等文化界名流亲切交流,并就两岸文化交流进行探讨,呼吁两岸专家学者及所有海外华人、文化人以做两岸文化和平使者称号为荣,为中华之统一、为两岸文化交流做出贡献!并提出“中华统一、文化先行”的口号,受到两岸各界人士的高度关注。积极倡导两岸永远和平,国家尽早统一,挥毫为台当局要人作书:“春江有月明两岸,秋水无波行一舟”。受到两岸文化学者的高度赞赏……

Song Xiaojun, born in March 1954, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Native place: Fuping, Shaanxi, pen name: Pinyang Jushi. Born into a scholarly family, he is one of the leaders of contemporary Chinese academic calligraphers, a renowned scholar calligrapher, calligraphy theorist, national senior artist, council member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Central State Calligraphers Association, visiting professor at Peking University School of Arts, and visiting professor at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. Often invited to Beijing to write calligraphy for relevant central government agencies. His works have been given as gifts by relevant government departments to international friends, and many of his works have been collected by Chinese people from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and international friends. In July 2010, he went to Taiwan to participate in the "World Outstanding Chinese Culture Summit" for cross-strait cultural exchanges.
